How do I validate a contacts email addresses?

You can validate an individual contacts email addresses from inside Pipedrive by using the CertaLink Chrome extension.

In the contact detail view click the CertaLink email validation button (see animated demonstration below). Each of the contacts email addresses will then be validated and a notification popup will show the status of each email address and provide the option to either:

1. Append “Invalid” to the end of invalid addresses. This can then be used to create a filter in Pipedrive for further processing
2. Delete any “invalid” email addresses.
